The wellbeing of all students is a priority at Ó£ÌÒ¸£ÀûÊÓƵ College.
It is our belief that the College plays a vital role in assisting students to develop to their full potential — academically, socially and spiritually within an . Our policies and procedures are designed to assist and support the students with this.
The College staff support wellbeing by building a positive learning culture — providing challenging, interactive and engaging learning experiences and by nurturing relationships with families and the wider community. Students support their own wellbeing by being actively involved in their school and community.
The core outcomes for student wellbeing:
Pastoral care is overseen by the Assistant Principal Students. All staff in the College prioritise pastoral care; however, students are also supported by dedicated Pastoral teams. The middle school Pastoral Team includes the Year 7, 8 and 9 Year Coordinators and Pastoral Advisors. A list of current Middle School Pastoral Team members is located on the section of the website.
The Senior School Pastoral team includes Year 10, 11 and 12 Year Coordinators and the Senior School Pastoral Advisors. A list of current Senior School Pastoral Team members is located on the section of the website.

There are a number of key staff that have special responsibilities for the pastoral care and wellbeing of students. Students have a range of options to pursue when seeking assistance of a personal wellbeing nature. Their most immediate contact may be their Pastoral Advisor or Year Coordinator, but students may also seek the assistance of the Assistant Principal - Students.
To support the students the College has on staff two full time counsellors with extensive experience supporting adolescents in schools, who provides confidential counselling support to students. The counsellor is a trained psychologist and she is an integral member of the College’s Pastoral Care team.
This program forms an integral part of supporting student learning at Ó£ÌÒ¸£ÀûÊÓƵ College. The aim of this program is to support students to achieve their full academic potential. The ASAP operates on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons with students working with ‘mentors’ to support them with the following:
